Taxco Fizz

Ingredients

2 jiggers tequila

2 teaspoons sugar

Juice of 1 lime

Powdered egg white (equivalent to 1 raw egg white)

Soda water

Directions

  1. Shake the tequila, sugar, lime juice, and egg white vigorously with lots of cracked ice. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and top with cold soda water.
