Ingredients
5 limes, zested into ribbons
1 cup pomegranate seeds
Water, distilled if possible, for filling the ice cube molds
Four 12-ounce bottles hard lemonade, chilled
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
2 quarts pink lemonade, chilled
Directions
Special equipment:
2 Christmas tree ice cube molds- Add the zest and pomegranate seeds to 2 Christmas tree ice cube molds, fill with water and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
- Mix together the hard lemonade, ginger ale and pink lemonade in a large pitcher. Add the Christmas tree ice cubes to individual glasses and pour the punch over top. Serve immediately.
