A Dish for Dad's Day

So many of us give our dads ties on Father's Day, and many of them never ever wear ties. This year, please make the man a burger instead (unless he's vegetarian, of course). And make the burger in the shape of a tie, because it’s Father's Day, after all. Get creative with the bun setup. This one has spicy ketchup and cheddar stripes.

Step 1

Add some adobo sauce from a can of chipotles in adobo to some ground beef. (Leaner beef will hold a shape better.)

Step 2

Measure a hoagie roll on a piece of parchment. This is how long your burger tie will be. Flip the parchment over.
