Carolina Gelen

Carolina Gelen immigrated to the US in 2021 to pursue her passion for cooking. She has been a Food52 resident and freelanced at NYT Cooking, and won numerous awards, including finalist winner The Art of Plating 2021. She has worked in five-star restaurants and casual cafés, but she had the best experience growing up in her mother’s kitchen. She aims to make food more fun, approachable, and accessible to everyone.
