Like others, when I tasted the dressing by itself I was a little bit skeptical but when mixed in with the fruit it was... fantastic. I thought it was just the right amount of sweetness. It was quick and easy and I will be making it again. I thought the best part were strawberries and bananas. Next time I will probably add kiwi and omit the apples and mangos. I thought the toasted walnuts went quite well with it also.Read more

    Love it...but

I thought it was really good, but next time I will omit mushy things like bananas and strawberries, as they don't keep well. ... Or maybe I will use them to top off the salad right before eating. A real tasty different recipe. I learn a lot from watching Alton's show.Read more

    yummy

I made this with breakfast and it was delicious. I had to use frozen strawberries because the ones in the store looked bad.... They were thawed half way when we ate the salad and we like the coldness it added to it. This is a huge hit with my kids, and easy to make. I will be making this quite often...thanks Alton!Read more

    Fabulous, a Favorite Fruit Dish

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This is delicious. People always ask for the recipe. To make it great, make sure all your fruit is high quality. Use the best... Greek yogurt and honey you can find. We like to add color with red and purple seedless grapes. This recipe is flexible if you prefer other fruit but it is delicious as written.Read more
