How to Make Bacon in the Microwave

Use your microwave to easily cook bacon with this step-by-step how-to.

You don't need a skillet to fry up some bacon. Follow Rachael's easy instructions to sizzle it in the microwave instead.

Step 1
Place 2 sheets of paper towel on a microwave-safe plate.

Step 2
Lay up to 8 slices of bacon on the paper towels. Make sure not to overlap the slices.

Step 3
Place 2 more sheets of paper towel on top.

Step 4
Heat in the microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes.
