Sauce had great flavor, chicken was very moist, cooked on charcoal and had the grate raised high as not to burn the sauce as it cooked. I did not use a whole bottle of worcestershire sauce as called for, only used about 1/4 if that much. Recipe did not state which size bottles to use for worcestershire sauce or ketchup so I had to guess at that. I also wimped out on using as much hot sauce as was called for (only did about 10 shakes of the bottle but next time I'm going to try more. I would make this dish again.
