Directions

Whisk 1/2 cup heavy cream (ideally extra-cold), 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff and 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff peaks form; set aside. Combine 1 cup cold whole milk and 1/4 cup chocolate sauce in a blender. Add 3 cups chocolate ice cream; blend until smooth. Fill 4 glasses one-quarter of the way with the shake; add some marshmallow cream, then more milkshake, then cream, then milkshake. Finish with a dollop of marshmallow cream and garnish with grated bittersweet chocolate.

This was really tasty just verrrrry rich. I couldn't finish a whole glass. The marshmallow fluff got chunky and didn't really... mix into the whipped cream. It was still yummy though!Read more

    Good, Not Spectacular

Rated: 3 stars out of 5
This milkshake was yummy, but just kind of tasted like a normal milkshake. The marshmallow cream was not marshmallowy... enough--really it just tasted like homemade whipped cream--good, but not like a marshmallow. Perhaps add more marshmallow next time? The shake had a nice taste, but I would probably decrease the amount of milk the next time. It didn't stay icy too long, and it wasn't thick enough to hold the cream down, so all of the cream just sort of clumped together at the top. C'est la vie! Read more
