Ingredients

4 shots orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
4 teaspoons honey
4 fresh strawberries, tops trimmed
1 bottle Champagne, well chilled
Special equipment: 4 chilled Champagne flutes

Directions

Add the orange-flavored liqueur, honey and strawberries to a food processor and process until smooth. Fill the chilled glasses halfway with the strawberry mixture and then fill the rest of the glass with Champagne.

This is fun - although I hesitate when adorning good champagne with anything so I used a nice cava. Also - there's... something strange about "strong champagne flavor" in a previous review... I can only imagine this response if you have an aversion to champagne and / or are drinking something of very low quality. When it's good - there's nothing better. Read more

i thought that the strawberry wasnt powerful enough to cancel out the strong champaign flavor, but good overall
