    Great cookie for energy boost!

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
When I made these cookies the first time, they didnt come out....they were too runny. I made a second batch, but boiled it... for 2 1/2 minutes and they came out perfect. I also, used evaporated milk and added coconut. These cookies are alot like the Grab the Gold bars that I eat when I go hiking or mountian biking....they are really good if you need an energy kick!Read more

    Love this cookie the most

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I have been making these cookies since i was a little girl with my mom and now as a mom myself I'm passing on the treats to... my son. I enjoy them more then any other cookie out there. I love them when they are still warm and with a nice cup of cookie.Read more

Who doesn't love these cookies? My family and friends eat them before I even have a chance to tell them I made them. The... scent draws them in. One of my top favorite desserts.Read more

    Wow, these are good!

I made these one night when I wanted cookies but didn't feel like baking - and these are really good. I did refrigerate them... overnight (after eating a few) then stored them in a plastic freezer bag. They taste better frozen. I also brought some into work to rave reviews. These will definitely be on my holiday baking recipe list. Read more

    Fudgy Peanut Buttery Goodness

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
These cookies are so yummy, my only complaint is I can't stop eating them! I read a few reviews before making them and... noticed one person said not to use quick oats, to use traditional oats instead, but I only had quick oats on hand and wasn't about to go to the grocery store for a second time that day, so I used them and they worked just fine. I used 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon of this Cinnamon Spice Hot Cocoa Mix (it's by Archer Farms, available at Target) just to add a little different chocolate flavor. There is just the slightest hint of cinnamon to them and it compliments the peanut butter and chocolate beautifully! I used creamy peanut butter but think I'll try crunchy next time to add some more texture. I was a little worried at first as I was spooning them out onto the waxed paper; is it normal for them to spread out? I had pictured them kind of like round balls, but they flattened out into this kinda uneven oblong shape as they cooled and set. No big deal, just wondering if that's how they're supposed to look. Overall I'd say this is definitely a cookie that most everyone will love, particularly if they like peanut butter and chocolate! I think I will be adding this to my list of cookies I make for the holidays!Read more
