Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, quartered and frozen
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy, natural, peanut butter

Directions

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    I thought it was a little bland so I added a teaspoon of chocolate sauce. I used the Bees Knees Peanut Butter and I also used Frozen yogurt bc I didnt have plain yogurt. It was a big hit with my kids!

    I love this smoothie, but it does taste a lot like bananas, which I don't mind. I use Trader Joe's natural peanut butter (the unsalted kind and it turns out great. I have this for breakfast or for lunch, usually when I am going out to dinner and I don't want to have a heavy lunch! I feel this is nutritious and keeps me full fpr hours.
