Awesome taste! I made this for New Years dinner and it was wonderfully tender and flavorful.I did make more marinade as a sauce also. This is an easy weeknight meal and a keeper. Thanks Ellie!

Made this tonight for dinner and really enjoyed it. It took minutes to prepare. I grilled it and it turned out great. I think that next time I will follow other reviewers' suggestions and make more of the marinade to serve as a sauce. Yum.
