Packed with Vitamin C and anti-inflammatories, this juice is easy to make, stays bright green once processed and will keep in your refrigerator for an additional day—just give it a quick shake before drinking. We added juicy kiwi and a generous dose of strawberries for sweetness and to balance the earthy vegetables. And while it's optional, we love the addition of fresh mint to round out the flavors.

Special equipment:
a juicer
  1. Press the kale through a juicer, followed by the ginger. Continue juicing the remaining ingredients 1 at a time--the orange, turmeric, kiwi, bell pepper, strawberries and mint if using--until you’ve extracted all of the juice. Pour into a glass or transfer to a sealed container until ready to use.
