A sidecar is a classic cognac-based cocktail featuring orange liqueur and lemon. For this warming spiced version, we replace the cognac with spiced rum and swap out lemon juice for pink grapefruit. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Combine 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum and 3/4 ounce each fresh pink grapefruit juice and orange liqueur in a shaker with ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into a coupe and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
