3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 cup popcorn kernels

Fine Salt


  1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large pot. Add 1 kernel to the pot and cover. When the kernel pops, pour in the remaining kernels, chili powder cumin and cayenne. Cook, covered, shaking the pan until the popping ends. Season with salt to taste and toss.
