Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft tofu, drained
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

Place everything in a blender and puree until smooth.

    Yummy smoothie! My bananas weren't ripe at all, so I omitted them. The apple juice does a perfect job sweetening this smoothie. Great blueberry flavor. It seemed pretty runny to me, but I'd imagine if I'd had the bananas in it that would have helped. The whole family really enjoyed these.

    This recipe tasted great, first time, I tried it, wasn't so bad, you can't really taste the tofu. But second time, I put less tofu in it, outcome was pretty good!
