  • 1 cup mayonnaise, such as Hellmann's
  • 1 cup fresh tarragon leaves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
