Turkey Waldorf Salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoon lemon juice 

1 teaspoon celery salt 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 

2 cups diced roasted turkey breast 

1/2 cup diced yellow apples 

1/2 cup thinly sliced celery plus some inner leaves

1/2 cup halved red grapes

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted 

1 head Bibb lettuce

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves 

2 red Thai bird chiles, thinly sliced 


  1. Combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add the celery salt and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the turkey, apples, celery and celery leaves, grapes and walnuts.
  3. Divide the Bibb lettuce among 4 plates. Spoon the salad mixture into the Bibb lettuce cups and garnish with the cilantro leaves and chiles.
