Ingredients
  • 1 pound baby cuttlefish, cleaned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 dry white wine
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
Directions

Mix cuttlefish, garlic, olive oil, white wine and onion in a bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Grill cuttlefish and serve with parsley.
