Take an easy trip to Flavortown with this INCREDIBLE slaw! The combination of the tangy vinegars, the sweet/tart green apple and and the sweet sultanas all compliment each other so nicely. The mayo and chili sauce smooth everything out. My hubby doesn't like spice, so I cut the jalapeno this time and will reduce the ground pepper to 1/2 tsp. next time. But this dish is a winner!

The recipe is easy to follow and very tasty. I made it for a dinner party with some family and they all loved it. It was crunchy and the jicima gave it an interesting flavor. My mom took home a large container full to enjoy at home. The serrano pepper was a new ingredient for me but the flavor was fantatstic. I will definetely make this again and can't wait to have leftovers tomorrow! Yeah Guy!
