Herbed Goat Cheese

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces soft goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions
  • In a food processor pulse to break up goat cheese. Add cream and pulse until smooth. Remove to a large bowl. Add tarragon, thyme, chives, pepper, wine and zest. Whisk together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve
