I usually make these without the cream and they come out with the chocolate hardened in the fridge. I actually like this recipe better because the chocolate is firm but still soft and doesn't crack all over when you bite into it. Those who love dipping fruit into melted chocolate will love this method better. I can always count on Ina to give an impressive and classy recipe. My husband loved these for Valentine's!

I followed the recipe exactly and the
strawberries turned out great! My husband raved about the flavor and how much better mine were than the ones we
usually buy on our road trips. This was
a great alternative to candy on Valentine's Day and I LOVE CANDY! Thanks
    Ina.
