You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh organic spinach, washed and dried
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Pinch organic sweetener (recommended: Stevia)
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 10 kalamata olives, pitted

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Mixture can be used as salad dressing or marinade.

    omg, so tasty!!!! served it on a bed of spinach and arugula with fresh raspberries and chopped walnuts. Delish this will be a staple.

    This dressing was so good. I didn't know what kind of salad to use so I just put it on romaine and it was great. I would use less mustard next time. I had to add more spinach and basil to even it out but other than that it had such a unique taste. And it is very healthy.
