Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons food-grade aloe vera gel or juice
  • 1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 apple, peeled, cored and diced
Directions

Add the coconut water, aloe vera, cucumbers and apples to the carafe of a blender and puree until smooth. Strain if desired. Serve immediately over ice.

Food-grade aloe vera is available in health food stores.
