Crush half the freeze-dried strawberries to a coarse powder using the back of a spoon or a small food processor. Brew the tea in 8 ounces hot water, then stir in the erythritol sweetener and crushed strawberries while still hot. Let steep and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Remove the tea bag from the brewed tea. Fill a large glass with ice, then stir in the tea mixture, heavy cream and remaining freeze-dried strawberries.
