  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 slice sprouted bread, toasted
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Directions
  • Smash the avocado and spread on the toasted bread. Top with the egg slices. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with chia seeds, salt and pepper.
