You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vodka, chilled
  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 bottle Champagne or other sparkling white wine
  • Chilled maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions

Add 1 1/2 ounces of the vodka to each champagne flute. Top with 1 1/2 ounces of the pomegranate juice and 1 tablespoon of the lime juice. Add the Champagne or sparkling wine and a cherry to each flute for a sweet garnish.

    Amazing! After a day of Christmas shopping we had a happy hour at the house and I served this cocktail and it was a huge hit! I garnished it with fresh cranberries for a festive finish. I did substitute the Pomegranate juice with Cran-Pomegrante (less expensive.

    I served this cocktail at my Hollywood Cocktail party. It was a a huge hit! Very tasty and not too sweet. Beautiful color too!

    Let me tell you...I made this drink for my Supper Party it rocked!! Everyone drank it, even the beer drinkers who came. One lady loved it so much she wanted the recipe that night.
