This was almost as good as creamed spinach, but much easier and healthier.

A very quick, easy, healthy side dish. Two comments; be generous with the spinach, it reduces significantly when it wilts, and 2; go light on the nutmeg, it adds a great flavor but at the portion given in the recipe, it is somewhat overpowering. Otherwise, all in all, a great recipe.
