One of Ree’s family’s favorite meals is a burger and fries, but this new mashup takes them to the next level. Cheesy patties, fries and toppings served in bowls are not only delicious, but thrifty too.
Toss the fries with the melted butter and rosemary on a baking sheet, then spread out on the baking sheet. Bake according to the package instructions (usually 25 to 28 minutes at 425 degrees F).
Meanwhile, preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Drizzle the patties with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the steak seasoning and cook to your desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium. Add a cheese slice to each in the final couple minutes of cooking and allow to melt.
Serve the fries in bowls, topped with the patties. Garnish with the lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, pickles and jalapeños.
