Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 bag frozen raspberries
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Directions

Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice into a pitcher. Mix together the sugar with 3 cups water and stir to dissolve to make a syrup. Add the syrup to the lemon juice and top it up with 8 cups water. Taste to make sure it's sweet enough for you, and then add the raspberries. Mix the lemonade together and let chill in the fridge. (Keep in mind that the raspberries are tart, so be sure to sweeten enough!)

Fill mason jars with ice cubes and top them off with the lemonade.

I made this last summer after seeing it on the FOOD NETWORK CHANNEL. We loved it. My husband doesn't usually like lemonade but he did this one. He has already started requesting again. I changed the recipe a bit I added an extra cup of sugar. Its become a favorite summer drink in our house. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Absolutely delicious! It tastes just like the raspberry lemonade at The Cheesecake Factory.

This is a good recipe. My kids have been bugging me to make it since they saw the episode where Ree made it for her family. I was not looking forward to juicing all those lemons! Finally, I bought myself a juicier and thank goodness I did. I juiced 22 lemons and still only got 2 1/2 cups of juice! I kept tasting as I added water and sugar substitute since my kids wanted it to be less fattening and it turned out very delicious! Not sure if we would have liked it as much with more juice. I still got a huge jug of lemonade. I thought it was a lot of work, but worth it once in a while for a refreshing treat!
