For her chocolate-themed dinner parties, Ree likes to start the evening off with a chocolate martini. You will need something to shake the cocktail ingredients in, but if you don’t have a shaker, then a mason jar with the lid screwed on tightly does the job just as well.
For the chocolate shell: Place a bowl over a pan of boiling water to create a double boiler and melt the white chocolate. Add the coconut oil, leave for 30 seconds and then stir to incorporate.
Dip the rim of a martini glass into the chocolate shell mixture, then add sprinkles and sanding sugar to the shell before it has time to solidify. Set aside while you make the cocktail.
For the cocktail: Add the vanilla vodka, strawberry cream liquor, white chocolate liquor and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until the liquid is very cold. Pour into the martini glass and garnish with your choice of topping.
