  • 1 cup sliced red cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
