I love peas & wanted to give this a try. It didn't appeal to me & I like mint so I thought it would be great. I did add the juice of half a lemon after trying it w/o and that was better. I think additional black pepper would improve it. It was worth the try though. :

I'm not a pea-lover and these were good. The mint adds alot to the finished product. My 18-month-old couldn't get enough. Next time I might squeeze half a lemon in w/ the mint. An easy, quick, hassle-free side dish.

We thought the peas tasted a little strange. I am not a mint person so maybe that was part of the issue
