You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 3 1/2 ounces silken soft tofu (1/4 of 14-ounce package)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 banana

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

    Very pretty and tasty, and couldn't be easier. The berry seeds were a problem, but I used a frozen berry mix that included blackberries, and I think that was the problem. Could not even taste the tofu, make sure you use the silken kind and blend well. Will make again without blackberries!

    Not the best fruit smoothie I've ever had, but it has to be the healthiest. And with the added health benefits who wouldn't like this recipe? This smoothie makes for a happy day!
