Ingredients
- 4 (1-ounce) envelopes hot cocoa mix, divided
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup vanilla vodka
- 6 cups ice
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows, for garnish
Directions
Empty 1 envelope hot cocoa mix onto a saucer. Put some water into another saucer. Dip the rims of 4 martini glasses into the water and shake off any excess. Dip them in the hot cocoa mix. (Save the remainder for garnish.)
In a blender, combine the remaining the hot cocoa mix, milk, vodka, and ice and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture among the prepared glasses and garnish with the marshmallows and remaining cocoa mixture.

Delicious. I would definitely kick it up with a little more vanilla vodka or the creme de cacao as someone suggested. It's a very tasty, beautiful drink. I didn't have mini-marshmallows so I garnished it with a tiny dollop of fresh whipped cream dusted with hot chocolate powder. YUM!

This was good. I switched up the vodka to raspberry so it was like a raspberry chocolate truffle. I also used diet swiss miss and skim milk to keep the calories under control.

OMG! This is the best chocolate martini ever! I made a single serving and added a splash of creme de cacao for added flavor. For a holiday drink, you can add a splash of creme de menthe and garnish with a mini candy cane!
