- 2 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons chili lime seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 loaf French bread, cut in 1/2 lengthwise
Preheat a grill pan over a medium-high heat.
Combine butter, chili lime seasoning and lime juice in a bowl and mix well to blend.
Using a butter knife lightly coat both halves of bread with the lime butter. Place on grill and grill about 4 minutes.
Slice and serve with chicken.
