This was a yummy dessert!!! I got an opportunity to take this dessert to a baby shower and everybody loved it, but I kinda ran out! yikes! So, I was able to try this out in a different way to serve more people and I did change some things, but it turned out even better!!

The way I did it was bake a yellow cake (Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker and in a separate bowl mix 2 containers of mascarpone cheese (instead of cream cheese, honey, and powdered sugar. Make the fruit mixture, and then put it all together. Can I say my family loved it sooooo much that they could not stop eating it!! I absolutely recommend this dessert!

    Cake frosting:
    16 oz Mascarpone
    2 tbs Honey
3/4 or 1 cup Powdered Sugar (depends how sweet you want it
