Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon dried crumbled rosemary
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
- 3 cups mixed nuts (pecans, cashews, and hazelnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter with dried rosemary, salt, and cayenne. Pour this mixture over 3 cups mixed nuts, tossing to coat them. Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This is GREAT! I used New Mexican dioxin Chilies instead of Cayenne and I used more so they'd have a good kick.

These nuts turned out great! I used almonds and pecans as they are what I had on hand. I would make these again for sure.

My mother-in-law requests this as a gift every year. I lost my copy so I am printing another. I use the specified nuts the first year, but I switched to mixed nuts as they are less expensive. Watch them so they do not burn and enjoy!
