Orange-Dijon Pan Sauce with Rosemary

1/2 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves

1 tablespoon butter


  1. Combine the juice with the mustard and rosemary. Follow the instructions for making a pan sauce in individual saute or sear recipe.
