fruit salad with poppy seed dressing

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My family LOVED this dish! My husband, who refuses to eat healthy, grabbed the bowl of fruit salad after eating what he had... on his plate! My kids and I ate it all too. It has just the right bite of tang to it. I did however, change the recipe to fit my taste but, the dressing was awesome. This will be served at my son's birthday party this week.Read more

    Beautiful, delicious and simple

Sometimes simple flavors are the best and this fruit salad is no exception. Do not omit the toasted pistachios (unless... someone is allergic to nuts). They wonderful texture and flavor. I, too, was wary about the lime juice but it was great!Read more

This is a wonderful and easy salad. I wasn't sure about putting the lime in it but it added a very complimentary element of... surprise. My family loves it!Read more

    A Personal Preference

I wasn't too crazy about the poppy seeds in this fruit salad. Maybe next time I'd only do 1/2 tsp. The pistachios added a... nice crunch/salty kick. Read more
