Fish Fry Day!

Kardea Brown invites her family and friends over for a good ol' fashioned fish fry, so of course there's Cajun Fried Flounder with Dijon Tartar Sauce. Next, Kardea fries up Miss Brown's Hushpuppies Two Ways, traditional and with okra, and cooks up Skillet Green Beans topped with parmesan and lemon zest. For dessert, Kardea makes beautifully creamy Mini Fruit Tarts with blueberries and raspberries.
