Use the whisk attachment to whip until stiff peaks are formed. Now whisk the sour cream into the mixture. Proceed to add marshmallows, orange, pineapple, coconut, pecans and cherries whilst stirring into the mix. Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
