Ingredients
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons dry rolled oats
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice, such as granulated sugar or light agave syrup (optional)
Directions
- Puree the milk, oats, cocoa powder, vanilla and sweetener if using in a blender until completely smooth. The chocolate oat milk can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
