Ingredients
1/4-ounce ginger, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon Hawaiian chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped ogo (fresh seaweed)
1/2-ounce sesame oil, for taste

1 bag taro chips
1-ounce ahi, diced (Hawaiian tuna)

Directions
