Air Fryer S’mores

  • Level: Easy
  • Yield: 1 serving
  • Total: 5 min

I know everyone likes s’mores, but I am a s’mores freak. When it’s not possible to use a fire outside, I “roast” marshmallows on a fork over my kitchen burner, which is not ideal. Air fryers change the game: they cook the outside to golden brown perfection and the inside to the perfect gooeyness.

Ingredients

1 regular marshmallow

1 sheet honey graham cracker, halved crosswise into 2 squares

One 0.375-ounce square milk chocolate, such as Hershey’s (see Cook’s Note)

Directions

Special equipment:
an air fryer
  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the marshmallow inside and set the timer for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, place the graham cracker squares hole-side down on a plate and top one with the chocolate. After the marshmallow has cooked for 2 minutes, open the air fryer and place both graham squares inside. Roll the marshmallow onto the plain graham square and cook 1 minute more.
  3. Transfer the graham squares to a plate with a spatula, then sandwich them and eat while the s'more is still warm and gooey.

Cook’s Note

Three segments of a 1.55-ounce Hershey’s milk chocolate bar if using. If your marshmallow sticks a little bit, use some nonstick cooking spray.
