Ingredients
3 cups 3/4-inch (2-centimeter) diced Gala or Honeycrisp apples, peeled or skin on
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
3/4 cup canned pineapple plus 1/2 cup juice
1 cup Mexican crema
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Kosher salt
Directions
- Place the apples and grapes into a large bowl.
- Cut the pineapple into small bites. Add to the bowl with the apples.
- Add the crema, yogurt, pineapple juice, pecans, raisins, coconut and a pinch of salt. Mix to combine.
