This is my first Food Network Review and is prompted by these delicious muffins!
My dad is visiting and brought a bag full of red apple slices he traveled with for snacking.
As not wanting to let the apple slices go to waste, I found this recipe to be the perfect remedy.
Besides using the red apples I had at hand, the only alternations made were that I whisked the dry ingredients in lieu of sifting and doubled the cinnamon. I made a triple batch due to the amount of apples I had on hand which produced 20 Jumbo Muffins.
These are the best and tastiest muffins I have ever had!! They have a wholesome, homemade quality & taste and I prefer them over any store bought variety. This recipe is a keeper and I will pass it down to family and friends.
