I made this for a family party and it was a hit! Everyone raved about the lightness and creaminess of the dip. It was smooth and not soupy at all. I creamed the cheeses together first using a hand mixer, then added the spices and  lime juice, blended that well and finally added the chunks of avacado. I blended it on the highest speed with my hand mixer and it turned out delicious. To add some color,  i topped it with drained pimento peppers. Also loved how it didn't brown the way guacamole does after sitting out a bit. It's a keeper!
