This was such a nice, light dessert. My guests loved it. The whipping cream with the white chocolate was so creamy and sweet and then the tartness of the berries with the Cassis was delicious. I live in Oregon and bought the Clear Creek Distilleries Cassis which was so good. My guests enjoyed a little shot of the Cassis with the dessert. Recommend this for a summer dessert.
