Grapefruit "Mojito"

Ingredients

1 tablespoon agave nectar

20 fresh mint leaves

Juice of 1 lime

3 ounces grapefruit vodka (2 shots)

Juice of 1/2 grapefruit

Ice

Cold citrus sparkling water or champagne

Directions

  1. Muddle the agave, mint and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with the end of a wooden spoon. Add the vodka and grapefruit juice and then fill it three-quarters of the way full with ice. Shake until it is very cold, then evenly divide between two glasses filled with ice. Top with the sparkling water or champagne to taste.
